اختتمت منصة فتبينوا تدريباً وجاهياً مكثفاً في دمشق ضمن زمالة ToT للتحقق من المعلومات في سوريا، بمشاركة 18 صحفياً وصانع محتوى ومتخصصاً في المجال الإعلامي من مناطق سورية مختلفة، وذلك ضمن مشروع “ملء المساحة” الممول بالكامل من الاتحاد الأوروبي وتقوده DW Akademie بالشراكة مع فتبينوا.
The training took place over seven days, from June 13 to 19, 2026, and marked a key milestone in the fellows' journey. Participants moved from theoretical knowledge to intensive practical application of verification and fact-checking skills, preparing to produce their own investigations and articles and later share what they had learned with their communities.
From Basic Fact-Checking to Advanced Digital Investigation
The training focused on strengthening the fellows' ability to handle misleading content in a rapidly changing media and digital environment, through practical exercises and applications based on real cases and content.
The program covered advanced skills including image and video verification, visual evidence analysis, geolocation, using maps and satellite imagery, tracing sources and assessing their reliability, and verifying content circulating on social media.
The training also focused on moving from finding questionable information or a claim to building a complete verification process: defining the claim, gathering evidence, comparing sources, assessing the context, and reaching an accurate conclusion supported by clear evidence.
The program paid particular attention to impartiality, objectivity, and accuracy in journalism and fact-checking, alongside a direct focus on hate speech and its impact on social media.
Practice-Based Training
The training relied heavily on practical work. Fellows completed exercises simulating situations they might encounter in their work, analyzed real content, selected appropriate evidence, and used open-source research tools and digital sources to find and verify information.
This approach helped participants develop the ability to handle more complex cases and combine technical tools with sound journalistic methodology, rather than relying on a single tool or indicator to reach conclusions.
The training also provided space for discussion and exchanging experiences between participants and trainers. As the fellows came from different media and professional backgrounds and geographical areas, they brought a variety of examples, experiences, and challenges to the discussions throughout the training.
Fatabyyano also ensured an inclusive training environment, providing the accommodations and support needed for all fellows to participate effectively and equally. This reflected the program's commitment to an inclusive training experience that considers participants' differing needs and gives them equal opportunities to learn, engage, and practice.
خبرات متنوعة تقود التدريب
قاد التدريب المدرب الرئيسي أنس بن ضريف، وهو خبير ومدرب في الإعلام والاتصال، يمتلك أكثر من 20 عاماً من الخبرة في الصحافة والتحقق الرقمي ومكافحة التضليل وبناء القدرات الإعلامية، بالمشاركة مع المدرب محمود الحموري، وهو مدرب وميسّر متخصص في الأنشطة التفاعلية وبناء الفرق.
أنس ومحمود، رافقا الزملاء خلال الجلسات العملية والتطبيقات المختلفة في تدقيق الحقائق والتحقق الرقمي، مع التركيز على تحويل المفاهيم والأدوات إلى مهارات قابلة للاستخدام في العمل اليومي.
كما انضم إلى التدريب خلال يوميه الأخيرين الخبير أمجد خرواط من منصة أنير من ليبيا، مقدماً خبرته في مجال التحقق والبحث الرقمي، ومشاركاً الزملاء تدريباً متخصصاً حول التمييز بين النقد وخطاب الكراهية، التعرف على السرديات الضارة، تحليل حملات التضليل المنسقة، وتقييم أثر هذا المحتوى على المجتمع والثقة العامة والفئات الأكثر عرضة للضرر.
وساهم تنوع خبرات المدربين في إثراء تجربة المشاركين، من خلال الجمع بين الشرح، والتطبيق المباشر، وتحليل الحالات الواقعية، وتقديم الملاحظات الفردية والجماعية على أداء الزملاء.
مرحلة ضمن رحلة تدريبية مستمرة
يمثل التدريب الوجاهي جزءاً من مسار تدريبي وإرشادي أوسع يمتد لعدة أشهر ضمن زمالة تدقيق الحقائق في سوريا.
ويواصل الزملاء بعد التدريب العمل ضمن جلسات إرشاد ومتابعة منتظمة، تشمل تدريبات متقدمة ومراجعة عملية لأعمالهم ومقالاتهم، مع تقديم دعم يتناسب مع مستوى كل مشارك واحتياجاته.
ومن خلال الجمع بين التدريب الوجاهي، والإرشاد المستمر، والتطبيق العملي، وإنتاج المحتوى، والتدريب المجتمعي، تسعى الزمالة إلى تطوير مجموعة من الصحفيين وصناع المحتوى السوريين القادرين على استخدام منهجيات تدقيق الحقائق والتحقق الرقمي بصورة مستقلة ومهنية، والمساهمة في تعزيز الوصول إلى معلومات أكثر دقة وموثوقية.
ويأتي هذا التدريب ضمن رؤية أوسع تسعى من خلالها فتبينوا وشركاؤها إلى الاستثمار في المهارات المحلية وبناء قدرات مستدامة لمواجهة المعلومات المضللة، بحيث لا تنتهي المعرفة بانتهاء التدريب، بل تنتقل من المشاركين إلى زملائهم ومؤسساتهم ومجتمعاتهم.
