Fatabyyano is an independent platform legally registered in Amman, Jordan, since February 22, 2016, under the provisions of Trade Names Law No. 9 of 2006 in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, through the Central Registry Directorate. As part of Fatabyyano's expansion plan, the company became a limited liability company under documents held by the Companies Control Department of Jordan's Ministry of Industry and Trade. Fatabyyano is registered as a limited liability company under number 56602, with national number 200176261. Salah Nabil Hashem Al-Dhaher is authorized to sign on behalf of the company in all financial, administrative, judicial, and legal matters. In 2023, Fatabyyano was registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as a limited liability company, with license number 33621 and registration number DSO-FZE-31613. Moath Nabil Hashem Al-Dhaher owns 100% of the company and is authorized to sign on its behalf in all matters.

Everyone working at Fatabyyano, whether permanent staff, trainees, editors, or freelancers, must maintain complete political independence. This includes having no affiliation with a political party and not having stood for election for any political party or entity, either in the past or present. They must also not have provided any direct or indirect support to a political party, whether through financial contributions, donations, or participation in political activities, to ensure complete impartiality and objectivity in their work at the platform.
